Heshun Electric: Yao Jianhua and concerted parties have reduced their holdings by 0.69%.
According to the announcement of Heshun Electric, shareholders Yao Jianhua, holding more than 5% of the shares, and concerted parties Qin Yong and Yao Yao will reduce their holdings by 1.7935 million shares through centralized bidding from September 16, 2025 to March 4, 2026, accounting for 0.69% of the total share capital of the company. Due to the attribution of the restricted stock incentive plan in 2024, the total share capital of the company increased from 254 million shares to 258 million shares. The total shareholding of the three individuals was passively diluted from 24.47% to 23.40%, now holding 60.3273 million shares. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan to reduce holdings by no more than 2.5784 million shares, and has not resulted in changes to the controlling shareholder or actual controller.
