The pricing document shows that Qatar has set the official selling price of April's offshore crude oil to be $0.05 per barrel higher than the Oman/Dubai crude oil prices, and the official selling price of onshore crude oil to be $1 per barrel higher than the Oman/Dubai crude oil prices.
