Professor Wu Yin, from the School of Economics at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and director of the Institute of Political Economy, said in an interview with Shanghai Securities News that in the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the deployment in fostering and strengthening new drivers has demonstrated a systematic strategic upgrade from technological breakthroughs to the construction of industrial ecology. A major breakthrough in this deployment is that it is no longer limited to simple technical breakthroughs, but innovatively proposes "encouraging central and state-owned enterprises to take the lead in opening up application scenarios", aiming to use real commercial environments to drive technological iteration and solve the pain points of "difficult implementation" of new technologies. At the same time, it is clarified that "government investment funds should take the lead in being patient capital", establishing a risk-sharing mechanism to guide capital towards long-term value and support the growth of hard-tech enterprises through institutional arrangements.
