ST Companies appoints Zhao Yu as the company's board secretary.

ST announced on March 5th that the board of directors has agreed to appoint Zhao Yu, a director and deputy general manager of the company, as the secretary of the board of directors, with a term from the date of the board election to the completion of the sixth session of the board of directors. After being appointed as the secretary of the board of directors, Zhao Yu, the chairman of the board, will no longer perform the duties of the secretary of the board of directors.
