On March 5th, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange issued an announcement regarding the implementation of regulatory measures to restrict opening positions for certain customers. On March 5th, 2026, 11 accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the trading limits for opening positions on relevant contracts set by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange within the account group day. The trading behavior of the above-mentioned customers violated Article 16 of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's Regulations on Abnormal Trading Behavior Management. Therefore, the Shanghai Energy Exchange has decided to implement regulatory measures to restrict opening positions for the relevant customers on the corresponding contracts.
