The announcement of Zhongcatalyst stated that from December 16, 2025 to March 4, 2026, the controlling shareholder Zhongcatalyst Group increased its holdings of the company by 674,600 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.38% of the total share capital. After the change in equity, the total shareholding ratio of Zhongcatalyst Group and its concerted action persons Li Jin and Liu Yijing increased from 37.64% to 38.02%, reaching a multiple of 1%.
