Shentong Technology announced that its controlling shareholder, Ningbo Shentong Investment Co., Ltd., has completed the release of the pledge of 70 million shares to Zhejiang Securities Co., Ltd. on March 4, 2026, accounting for 36.01% of its holdings and 14.61% of the total share capital of the company. After the release, the remaining pledged shares held by it are 0, and the controlling shareholder and concerted action parties have no pledged shares, still holding 194 million shares of the company, accounting for 40.57% of the total share capital of the company.
