Chen Changsheng, a member of the drafting group of the Government Work Report and Deputy Director of the Research Office of the State Council, said at a press conference that this year's focus on stabilizing investment will be addressed from three aspects: firstly, fully leveraging the guiding role of government funds and the pulling effect of projects. This year, including budgeted investments, "twin-track" construction, local government special bonds, etc., the central level's funds will exceed 5 trillion yuan. If local matching funds are added, the scale of the funds will be significant; secondly, efforts will be made to promote open scenarios to stimulate investment; thirdly, investment potential will be activated and released through deepening reforms.
