Shanghai Financial Court issues notice of registration of litigation rights of representative of Longyu Corporation

The Shanghai Financial Court released a notice on March 5th regarding the registration of representative litigation rights for Longyu Group. According to the notice, investors who bought Longyu Group stocks between April 28, 2020 and April 29, 2024, and still held the stocks after the market closed on April 29, 2024, and have the same type of litigation request as the case, can register for the representative litigation before April 3, 2026 through the court's official website investor judicial protection comprehensive platform.
