Tianjin Nestle Purina Pet Food Co., Ltd. was established in April 2006, with Yu Zhan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 240 million yuan. Its business scope includes the production of feed, feed additives, and wholesale of pet food and supplies. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Nestle SA.
