China Unicom: The Board of Directors approves the proposal for the construction of data centers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Greater Bay Area.

China Unicom announced that the 23rd meeting of the eighth Board of Directors of the company was held on March 4 via communication. Thirteen directors were supposed to attend, and all thirteen were present. The meeting approved the proposals on the construction matters related to the DC3 of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Technology Industrial Park and the DC2 of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Hub. Both proposals had been reviewed by the Board's Development Strategy Committee before the meeting, and the voting results were unanimously in favor with 13 votes, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions.
