ST Weihai: 570 million yuan of replenishment funds have been fully returned.

The announcement of ST Weihai stated that the company passed a proposal on March 11, 2025 to temporarily supplement working capital using 570 million yuan of idle funds raised from issuance, with a usage period not exceeding twelve months. The company has already repaid 170 million yuan on February 3, 2026, and 400 million yuan on March 3. As of the announcement date, the full 570 million yuan raised for working capital supplementation has been repaid, and the sponsoring institution and sponsoring representative have been notified.
