China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the Global Telecommunication Management Forum (TM Forum) reached a strategic cooperation agreement to comprehensively carry out self-intelligent network grading assessment activities.

On March 3, 2026, during the World Mobile Communications Congress, China Information and Communication Research Institute officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Global Telecommunications Management Forum. China Information and Communication Research Institute became the first authorized agency for self-intelligence network classification assessment by TMF in China, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two parties in the field of self-intelligent networks.
