The registered capital is approximately 140 million RMB, and the business scope includes manufacturing of power electronic components, semiconductor discrete devices, and integrated circuit design. Shareholder information indicates that the company is jointly held by Hongwei Technology and Beijing Huairou Laboratory Technology Transfer Co., Ltd.
