China Coal Energy and Shanxi Coking jointly established a green energy development company in Jiangxi.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shen Hong Green Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established with Hua Binbin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 45 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of new energy vehicle accessories, sales of new energy power equipment, sales of new energy vehicles, and supply chain management services. Equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by China Coal Huajin Group Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by China Coal Energy and Shanxi Coking Group.
