The State Railway Administration solicits opinions on the "Regulations on Quality Inspection Management of Railway Engineering."

The National Railway Administration has issued a notice and drafted the "Management Measures for Quality Inspection of Railway Engineering". The public is now invited to provide feedback. It is proposed to establish a licensing system for inspection agencies. Firstly, it clarifies the definition of quality inspection of railway engineering and emphasizes the qualification management of inspection agencies. Secondly, it stipulates the categories of qualification for inspection agencies, divided into comprehensive qualification and specialized qualification. Thirdly, it specifies the application conditions, materials, and procedures for inspection agency qualification. Fourthly, it puts forward requirements regarding qualification evaluation methods, evaluation procedures, certificate validity period, qualification renewal, qualification change, organizational restructuring, and cancellation procedures.
