State Power Corporation and China Shenhua have established a power generation company with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Guoneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Guoan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, heat production and supply, land use rights leasing, energy storage technology services, etc. Equity penetration shown on Qichacha indicates that the company is wholly owned by Beijing Guodian Power Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Guodian Power and China Shenhua.
