UBS: Highly optimistic about Micron's prospects, with the potential to challenge an EPS of $85 in 2027.
UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri is highly optimistic about the prospects of Micron, forecasting that Micron's EPS for the 2027 calendar year is expected to challenge $85, far exceeding the market average expectation of $48. Arcuri pointed out that due to the demand for artificial intelligence leading to a tight supply of memory, companies like Micron have gradually raised prices of components. He believes that Micron may use this trend to actively negotiate new long-term agreements, even though this may give up some of the recent price hike space, these agreements should help support more stable revenue and profits in the coming years. Arcuri further analyzed that the pricing momentum for DRAM and NAND is continuing to strengthen, and the shortage of supply may persist all the way through 2028.
