Yuntu Group has established two new energy companies, including the business of eco-friendly environmental materials.

According to the QCC App, recently, YunTu New Energy Co., Ltd. and YunTu New Energy Co., Ltd. were established with registered capital of 10 million yuan each. Their business scope includes ecological environment material manufacturing, ecological environment material sales, ecological environment monitoring and testing instrument sales, ecological environment monitoring and testing instrument manufacturing, etc. QCC's equity penetration shows that both of them are indirectly wholly owned by YunTu Holdings.
