Hainan Provincial Government signs agreement with Baidu to deepen strategic cooperation.

On March 2nd, the People's Government of Hainan Province and Baidu Online Network Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Haikou. According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a strategic cooperation coordination and promotion group, establish a normalized and institutionalized work mechanism, explore the promotion of orderly cross-border flow of data for intelligent connected vehicles, and build an industrial ecological highland for intelligent connected vehicles. They will also initiate the construction of the Baidu Apollo international regional center for autonomous driving, create a comprehensive operation center in Hainan integrating intelligent connected vehicles, data innovation, and tourism, and deepen cooperation in the digital economy industry and other fields. By constructing intelligent computing infrastructure, exploring the application of artificial intelligence large models, and promoting the upgrading of Hainan's digital economy system.
