The 743 proposals put forward at the 2025 National Two Sessions and handled by the Ministry of Public Security were all completed in a high-quality manner within the specified time limit. In response to the suggestions made by representatives and members to improve the cooperation mechanism for handling cases of Public Security in different locations and to optimize the legal and commercial environment, the Ministry of Public Security has combined them with the special actions of regulating law enforcement involving enterprises, conducted in-depth investigations and rectification of prominent law enforcement issues, improved mechanisms and measures according to specifics, and strengthened the standardization of law enforcement. In response to the suggestions from representatives and members to strengthen the close connection between the police and enterprises, the Ministry of Public Security has launched "Ten Guidelines for Convenient Service to Enterprises," and successively organized "Protecting Enterprises and Optimizing Commerce" symposiums in Beijing, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Fujian, and other places, listened face-to-face to opinions and suggestions from representatives of private enterprises, carefully studied and handled them one by one, and actively responded to the demands of enterprises. In response to the suggestions from representatives and members to enhance the protection of trade secrets, the Ministry of Public Security has communicated and coordinated with the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and other departments, researched and proposed opinions and measures, jointly promoting the protection of trade secrets. In response to the suggestions from representatives and members on vehicle and driver management, as well as the development of smart connected cars, the Ministry of Public Security has introduced 7 policy measures based on in-depth research, with 200,000 vehicle owners registering their domestically produced small passenger cars through the "Traffic Management 12123" app, issuing electronic driving licenses to 60 million vehicle owners, and temporary driving permits to 35,000 foreigners, effectively serving the public's safety and convenience in travel.
