Henan State-owned Assets and Shuangjie Electric have established an energy technology company.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Henan Zhongyu Shuangjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhao Lei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million RMB. The business scope includes power generation technology services; solar power generation technology services; wind power generation technology services; photovoltaic power generation equipment leasing; and research and development of emerging energy technologies. Qi Cha Cha equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Henan Zhongyu Green New Energy Co., Ltd. and Shuangjie Electric's wholly-owned subsidiary Shuangjie Technology Development Co., Ltd.
