Jeremy Nixon, CEO of Orient Overseas Container Line, commented on the escalating conflict in the Middle East following the US drone strike on Iran: "This is another black swan event. Among the approximately 750 vessels stuck near the Strait of Hormuz, around 100 are container ships. Globally, about 10% of the container ship fleet is affected."
