Jordan announces partial closure of airspace.

The Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority announced on the 2nd that due to recent regional developments and risk assessments based on international standards, it has decided to partially close Jordanian airspace during certain periods, prohibiting all incoming and outgoing aircraft from passing through. The Chairman of the Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority, Deifallah Farajat, stated in a declaration on the same day that the airspace will be closed from 6 pm until 9 am the following day, starting that evening and until further notice. The committee also urged all passengers to directly contact their respective airlines to confirm flight schedules and stay updated on any flight changes.
