The registered capital is 30 million RMB, and the scope of business includes manufacturing of cement products, manufacturing of concrete structural components, manufacturing of lightweight building materials, sales of lightweight building materials, sales of cement products, sales of building materials, sales of non-metallic minerals and products, and sales of building decoration materials. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Hailuo Cement and its subsidiary Hailuo Holdings Limited.
