East Wu Securities announced early on March 2nd that the company is planning to acquire the controlling stake of Donghai Securities Co., Ltd. through the issuance of A shares. Upon the company's application, trading of the company's A shares will be suspended starting from the market open on March 2nd, 2026, with the expected suspension period not exceeding 10 trading days.
