TCL Huaxing: The equity acquisition project of Fujian Zhaoyuan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. has been officially completed.

On March 1, TCL Huaxing and Fujian Provincial Electronic Information Group completed the equity transfer ceremony. TCL Huaxing officially completed the acquisition of equity in Fujian Zhaoyuan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., which was renamed as Fuzhou Huazhao Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. According to TCL Huaxing, with the integration of Huazhao Optoelectronics into its system, TCL Huaxing has completed the layout of the core upstream process of LED display, further integrating LED chip design and manufacturing capabilities.
