Guotou Silver LOF: Warning of premium risk. Suspension from March 2nd market open until 10:30.

Guotou UBS Fund announced that the secondary market trading price of the Guotou UBS Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund Class A fund units under its umbrella is significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund units, resulting in a large premium. To protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading from the market opening on March 2, 2026, until 10:30 on the same day, when trading will resume. Redemption services will continue as usual during the suspension period. If the premium level does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to take further measures to warn against risks. Investors are reminded to pay attention to investment risks.
