Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 has been damaged.

According to the UAE news agency, on March 1, a terminal at Dubai International Airport suffered "minor damage" in an accident, and the 4 injured workers have received timely treatment. The incident is now "quickly under control". The Dubai government media office stated that most of the terminals have been evacuated of passengers as emergency plans were already in place. On February 28, the UAE announced the closure of some airspace and Emirates airline also announced the suspension of flights to and from Dubai.
