The State Grid Corporation of China will put 15 ultra-high voltage direct current projects into operation during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, State Grid will introduce ten measures to promote the high-quality development of new energy, put into operation 15 ultra-high voltage direct current projects, increase cross-provincial transmission capacity by 35%, and ensure the annual connection and efficient integration of no less than 200 million kilowatts of new energy.
