The State Drug Administration held a work promotion meeting for three innovative cooperation platforms in Beijing, including artificial intelligence medical devices, biological materials, and high-end medical equipment. The meeting listened to reports from the platform secretariat and opinions and suggestions from member units, and discussed and deployed further measures to encourage the innovation and development of medical devices. The meeting pointed out that with the leadership of the Equipment Review Center and active participation of member units, the construction of the three platforms has achieved positive results. The next step is to combine the "Spring Rain Action" for the transformation of clinical innovation achievements in medical devices, improve the deep collaborative mechanism of "government, industry, academia, research, and medicine", and the construction of a scientific regulatory system, promote the linkage of the upstream and downstream of the medical device industry chain, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, effectively guarantee the needs of the people for medical devices, and promote the high-quality development of the medical device industry.
