Journalists learned from Xiong'an New Area that as of the end of February 2026, the number of "Xiongcai cards" issued had exceeded 17,000. The Xiongcai card, an innovative extension of the Yan-Zhao talent service card, is divided into three categories - A, B, and C based on talent levels, providing gradient and precise services. Xiong'an New Area is simultaneously building a "one card, one code, one platform" smart service system to promote the digital transformation of talent services. Cardholders can enjoy convenient services and exclusive benefits such as household registration, transportation, and cultural and leisure activities. Currently, the "Xiongcai code" has served over 190,000 people.
