Plane crash has killed 15 people, Bolivia sets up investigation committee.

On the evening of February 27th local time, the Bolivian Air Force reported through social media that earlier in the day, an accident occurred during the approach and landing operation of a C-130 "Hercules" transport aircraft, causing it to crash in the city of El Alto. The Bolivian Air Force stated that after the accident, the relevant emergency plan was immediately activated and emergency response work was coordinated with the relevant authorities. Following clear instructions from the Bolivian Air Force General Command, an aviation accident investigation committee has been established to determine the true cause of this aviation accident. The Bolivian Ministry of Defense reported that the aircraft was carrying valuable supplies for the Central Bank of Bolivia. After the accident, the aircraft crashed in the area near the terminal building of the El Alto International Airport.
