Post-holiday funds disturbance can be controlled, institutions predict that liquidity will remain loose in March.
After the Spring Festival holiday, the market's liquidity situation has been closely monitored. In the first week after the holiday, there were multiple short-term disruptive factors such as the concentration of reverse repurchase agreements due, tax payments, and cross-month factors. However, several institutions have analyzed that, with the background of the People's Bank of China continuing to carry out reverse repurchase and medium-term lending facility operations to hedge against the pressure of expirations, overall liquidity operations are stable. As the factors of the holiday gradually fade and cash flows back into the banking system, it is expected that the liquidity situation in March will continue to be relatively loose and balanced.
