The largest coal mining subsidence area in China, the Guoneng Ningxia Lingwu 4 million kilowatt photovoltaic base, will be handed over for production today. This photovoltaic base installed more than 7 million photovoltaic panels, covering an area of about 120,000 mu. The project fully utilizes local coal mining subsidence areas, mine voids, and other land resources to build photovoltaic power stations, achieving synergistic development of energy development and ecological protection. After being put into operation, it can provide 6.8 billion kWh of green electricity per year, which can meet the annual electricity demand of 4.5 million households.
