OpenAI announced the completion of a new round of financing, with a pre-investment valuation of $730 billion and a total financing amount of $110 billion. This includes $30 billion from SoftBank, $30 billion from NVIDIA, and $50 billion from Amazon. OpenAI stated that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Amazon and has secured next-generation inference computing support with NVIDIA. With the progress of this round of financing, it is expected that more financial investors will join. There are currently over 900 million active users per week, with over 50 million consumer subscribers. The valuation after this round of financing has increased the value of OpenAI Group shares held by the OpenAI Foundation to over $180 billion, further solidifying its position as one of the richest non-profit organizations in history.
