Announcement of National Porcelain Materials: The company plans to acquire 100.00% equity of Australian listed company SDI Limited and its subsidiaries for a total of 166 million Australian dollars, with a total investment of 816 million RMB, through Beijing National Porcelain Science and Technology Co., Ltd. or its subsidiary companies with their own and/or self-raised funds at a price of 1.4 Australian dollars per share.
