India initiates anti-subsidy investigation on Chinese polyvinyl chloride suspension resin

On February 26, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that, in response to applications submitted by domestic companies in India, an anti-subsidy investigation has been initiated on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) suspension resin originating from or imported from China. The products under investigation are PVC suspension resins with K values between 55 and 77. The subsidy investigation period for this case is from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, and the period for the damage investigation is from 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025, as well as from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
