According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Caiyunjian Robot Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhao Hua as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of service consumer robots; development of artificial intelligence application software; development of artificial intelligence basic software; research and development of intelligent robots; and sales of intelligent robots. Equity penetration information from Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Runjian Stock Company, Hainan Qihuiyun Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Hainan Qicai Technology Co., Ltd.
