Ruixin Micro apologizes for the MPP open source compliance incident: has initiated rectification work and actively communicated with FFmpeg and GitHub organizations.
On February 27th, Ruiyu Micro released a statement regarding the open source compliance issue of MPP, the company's open source media framework software. Due to some compliance issues with the open source license terms of certain code, the GitHub repository of MPP has been temporarily frozen. We apologize to the open source community, all affected partners, and developers. Ruiyu Micro also stated that the company has started corrective actions after the incident and is actively communicating with FFmpeg and GitHub organizations. Currently, all relevant code has been replaced with newly developed code that is compliant with open source licenses, and has been submitted to GitHub.
