Midland Realty expects the number of first-hand transactions in February to exceed 1300, making it the busiest February since the implementation of the first-hand sales ordinance. Midland Realty analyst Samson Sham pointed out that although February is not yet over, the number of first-hand transactions within the month has already increased by about 6.5% compared to the full month figure of 1223 transactions recorded in February last year, surpassing the peak of 1297 transactions recorded in the same period in 2017, making it the busiest February since the implementation of the first-hand sales ordinance in 2013.
