Bethel: Investing 6.9228 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany

Bethel announces that in order to seize the opportunities for industrial development, the company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhu Bethel Germany Company, in Germany. The investment amount is $1 million, equivalent to RMB 6.9228 million, funded by the company's own funds with a contribution ratio of 100%. The relevant certificates have been obtained for registration. This investment does not require the approval of the board of directors and shareholders' meeting, and does not involve related party transactions or major asset restructuring. However, the German policies, laws, and business environment are different from those in China, so there are certain risks in the establishment and operation of the subsidiary.
