Dongruan Announcement, a second-level holding subsidiary of the company, Guangdong Hongqing Run Energy Storage Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of the National New Energy Storage Innovation Center Foshan Nanhai Pilot Base. The project is scheduled to be completed in 6 months, with an estimated dynamic investment of approximately 4.53 billion yuan. The project construction includes the construction of a new 200MW/400MWh independent energy storage power station on the grid side, and the construction of other related ancillary facilities. The funding sources include own funds and loan financing.
