According to the Hunan Daily, on the 25th, the signing ceremony of the "Welcoming Hometown, Returning Hometown, and Building Hometown" in Changsha in 2026 was grandly held. A total of 18 major projects were signed on site, with a total investment exceeding 26 billion yuan. The signed projects cover key areas such as smart manufacturing, digital economy, artificial intelligence, biomedicine and health.
