Yunnan Germanium Industry: Subsidiary's indium phosphide wafers have been in mass production for over three years.

Yunnan Germanium Industry stated on February 26th on its interactive platform that its holding subsidiary Yunnan Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. has been mass producing indium phosphide wafers for more than three years and has supplied to many well-known manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
