AMD teams up with Nutanix for $250 million AI partnership.

Advanced Micro Devices and Nutanix are jointly developing an open full-stack artificial intelligence infrastructure platform, aimed at providing support for AI applications. AMD will invest $150 million in Nutanix stock at a purchase price of $36.26 per share. AMD will also provide Nutanix with up to $100 million in funding to support joint engineering initiatives and marketing collaborations, accelerating the adoption of AMD and Nutanix AI platforms. The equity investment plan is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. This AI platform is designed to enable enterprises and service providers to expand their AI deployments.
