After a 27-year hiatus, horse racing will resume in Guangzhou.

The reporter learned from the Hong Kong Jockey Club that the horse racing project in Conghua, Guangzhou has already been officially launched, and is currently under development. It is planned to hold regular international standard speed horse racing events in October 2026, marking the first regular international-level Thoroughbred horse racing event held on the mainland.
