The announcement from Bohui Paper Industry stated that it recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder Bohui Group that some of the shares it holds have been released from pledge, with 10 million shares, 4.3 million shares, and 29.7892 million shares being released on February 12th, 13th, and 24th, 2026, respectively. As of the announcement date, Bohui Group and its concerted actors collectively hold 653 million shares, accounting for 48.84% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 410 million shares, accounting for 62.75% of its holdings and 30.64% of the total share capital. Bohui Group has 122 million shares of pledged shares expiring in the next six months, corresponding to a financing balance of 258 million yuan, and it has the ability to repay the funds.
