According to the Qichacha app, recently, Suzhou Chuangtai Metal Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of non-ferrous metal alloys; the sale of high-performance non-ferrous metals and alloy materials; and the sale of non-ferrous metal alloys. Corporate equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Chuangxin New Materials.
