According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Jingke Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in business registration, with its registered capital increased from 50 million yuan to 550 million yuan. Jingke Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2022, with Li Xiande as its legal representative. Its business scope includes energy storage technology services, research and development of emerging energy technologies, manufacturing of industrial automatic control system devices, and sales of industrial automatic control system devices. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Jingke Energy.
